The agreement between you and ZipLogger when you use the service. Last updated: August 31, 2026.
These terms govern your use of the ZipLogger website (ziplogger.ai) and service (app.ziplogger.ai). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization. Questions: [email protected].
ZipLogger is an observability platform: log management, distributed tracing, metrics, product analytics, alerting, uptime and browser monitoring, git regression attribution, and AI-assisted analysis. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite and by tools (such as AI assistants) you authorize. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
(a) use the service to violate any law or third-party right; (b) send telemetry you have no right to share, including data whose collection the affected users have not lawfully been informed of where required; (c) probe, disrupt, or overload the service or bypass its usage limits; (d) configure health checks, browser monitors, or webhooks against systems you do not own or lack permission to test; (e) resell the service without our written agreement; or (f) use the service to build a competing product by systematic extraction.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly subscription through Stripe. Prices, volumes, and retention windows are listed on the pricing page. Usage beyond plan limits may be throttled or rejected rather than silently billed.
New paid plans start with a 14-day free trial (one trial per account); you are not charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
You own the telemetry and configuration you put into ZipLogger. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it in order to provide the service. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Telemetry is retained per your plan's retention window and then deleted; when your account closes, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Optional integrations (git providers, notification channels, AI providers, MCP clients such as AI coding assistants) connect ZipLogger to third-party services under those services' own terms. AI analysis uses the provider key you supply, and its output is generated by a third-party model — treat it as assistance, not as a guaranteed-correct diagnosis. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime level unless separately agreed in writing. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material regressions, and may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts the service. Support is provided by email at [email protected].
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, creates security or legal risk, or has unpaid fees — with notice where practicable. Upon termination your right to use the service ends; data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Observability data and AI-generated analyses can be incomplete or wrong; do not rely on them as your only safeguard for critical systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service during that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your telemetry, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law — provided we notify you promptly and let you control the defense.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue using the service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you object, your remedy is to cancel before the effective date.
These terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the service and supersede prior discussions. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
